Weather

Penang’s equatorial climate means high heat, high humidity and high rainfall all year round. There are two main seasons – the dry season from December to March and the wet season from April to November. However, Malaysia is affected by two monsoon seasons so wet weather is always a possibility. Most people opt to visit Penang during the dry season, when rainfall and humidity are at their lowest.
